This happens out in the hall and is organised by the church administrator. The person in charge of this job for that week is to bring milk (probably 2 litres is enough) and food (simple biscuits is fine), to set the food out so it's accessible, and to make sure there are cups and spoons set out beside the tea/coffee supplies. At the end of the service, head out to the hall quickly, and fill the teapot with boiling water from the zip. Leave the hot water on the servery, out of the way of small hands that might reach up and grab!
After most people have finished their drinking, round up used cups and put them through the dishwasher (follow instructions printed on the cupboard above the dishwasher).
Wipe down surfaces.
Please pull the plug and turn off dishwasher after use. Put any unused milk in the fridge.
You do not have to clean up ChSp dishes, or clean up after a shared lunch (unless you want to!)
