We use Google Suite for everything—and we mean everything!
All documents are collaboratively worked on through Google Suite, all files are stored online and it does actually work :) It's possible to share documents widely or narrowly, mark changes, add comments and tasks (to dos) and also get into the calendar system. It works with almost all smart phones and on most computers with a browser. Although I prefer other browsers (because I'm a nerd like that), I do use Google Chrome because it handles multiple google accounts very efficiently through setting up profiles to easily switch between personal google accounts and the Cityside one.

As with every online system, you need a username and password.
Your username follows the format of (First Name)(First Letter of Last Name)(@cityside.org.nz). So in the case of Joe Bloggs it would become joeb@cityside.org.nz. (this format is because, frankly, there's too many Marks, Sarahs, Craigs in our church). Your password will be the one sent to you either by text or by email when you’ve been entered into the system .
You will note that your username takes the form of an email address. We can set it up that you have a Cityside email address, but it's only necessary if you don't have a current gmail.com account. It can also be set up for automatic forwarding to your personal gmail account (To forward the cityside.org.nz email address to your personal account go to this link here). But you don't need to use it as an email address—though some people like the separation.
Please note that for confidentiality reasons, we can't have council and team emails going to shared email addresses e.g. between partners or families.

I recommend using Google Chrome as it let's you have multiple profiles on it—especially if you are already using a gmail address for your personal email. To learn how to set up a profile go to this link here.
